As a Commercial Director, Mexico with Apple Leisure Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Mexican market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Mexican market, identifying and prioritizing target sub-markets and customer segments.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor the Mexican sales team, recruiting, training, and developing sales talent.
- Set Sales Targets: Establish sales targets and objectives aligned with the company's overall business goals, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in all segments.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth, analyzing competitor activity and market trends.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and B2B partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Director in a similar senior leadership role, with extensive knowledge of the Mexican market and business practices.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
