Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, rescheduling, and calendar requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service, and expectations management.
Key Responsibilities (continued):
- Coordinate background check process and reports.
- Continuously communicate with TA Partners to ensure an agile process.
- Effectively represent the Ingredion Employment Brand.
- Provide support for successful interview scheduling and leveraging technologies.
- Support initiatives in Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
- Represent the department and company in a professional manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
- Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (Indeed, Workday, or similar).
- Strong Outlook management and SNOW desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
- Strong verbal/written English, Spanish, and Portuguese communication skills required, Portuguese desired.
