Job Title: Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives. This role will oversee all human resources activities, including succession planning, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement human resources strategies that support business objectives
• Manage talent management, succession planning, and learning and development programs
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
• Implement training and development strategies to improve performance and customer service
• Maintain a best practice recruitment approach to attract top talent
• Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous human resources management experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
• Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• A passion for leadership and the vision to create a winning team
