As a Key Account Manager - Fleet Sales with Element Fleet Management, you will impact the financial success of the business through securing new business opportunities. You will drive revenue and set the course for growth by managing assigned clients and prospects, ensuring all future clients are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative, requiring tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to future clients facing fleet management challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business and share of wallet opportunities with customers and prospects.

2. Identify needs and develop proposals incorporating Element's value-added services.

3. Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for new customer onboarding (including risk underwriting, customer visits, contract negotiation, and implementation).

4. Travel at least 60% within your assigned territory, maintaining relationships and driving growth.

5. Oversee relationship management of assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internal areas to meet daily or new requirements.

6. Introduce new products and services to existing clients to enhance profitability, presenting them to prospects once rolled out.

7. Develop, plan, and execute strategic account plans, including coordination with consulting projects and business reviews.

8. Articulate best practices within the industry, demonstrating analytical ability, critical reasoning, and strategic thinking to generate customer loyalty.

9. Required skills include a true hunter mentality, new business development focus, and a solid understanding of leasing, rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense reporting, and service cards.

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
