Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, providing exceptional support and expertise in our GRC software solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate complex customer problems and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for product improvement.
- Document support activities, customer issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Meet and exceed core performance targets, as outlined by the management team.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in phone-based software application or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
