**Job Summary**

At Autoliv Mexico, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by providing expert advice and guidance on human resources-related matters.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the company's HR needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labor law compliance.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including Mexican labor law.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to improve business outcomes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• English language skills are required for this role.
