At Autoliv Mexico, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by providing expert advice and guidance on human resources-related matters.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret human resources statistical reports to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the company's HR needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labor law compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including Mexican labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• English language skills are required for this role.
