We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our Revenue Operations team at Docker. This role involves optimizing the success of our Sales & GTM teams to accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has experience working with global partner teams, Salesforce, Tackle, and Allbound. They will review existing partner operations processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement key partner processes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Review existing partner operations processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement key partner processes, such as deal registration and partner activation
  • Administer the partner portal and enhance it to align with GTM strategies
  • Be a key business partner for the partner leadership team to execute ideas and strategies in revenue systems and processes
  • Work with partner leadership to ensure partners are properly activated and can transact with Docker

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in partner operations, a track record of defining channel operational processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable with new technologies and have a strong analytical skillset.
