Job Summary

Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Business Partner to provide compensation and benefits services to internal customers. This role is responsible for providing intermediate quantitative analysis, conducting communication with smaller groups, making proposals and recommendations in designated areas, and solving moderately complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Evaluation: Investigate, describe, analyze, interpret, and compare positions to provide grade level recommendations.
  • Salary Administration: Analyze market and organization compensation data, develop annual salary planning, and implement compensation policy.
  • Incentive Administration: Administer and maintain various Short-term incentive plans, analyze data, and ensure compliance and accurate payouts.
  • Benefits Administration: Analyze market and organization benefits data, implement benefits policy, and act as a liaison with insurance carriers.
  • Mobility: Provide relocation advice and guidance to International Services Employees and HR managers.
  • Pension and Stock Options Administration: Administer and maintain Pension and Stock Option plans, analyze data, and ensure compliance and accurate payouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in specialist HR in compensation and benefits or related areas
  • Experience developing a Salary and Benefits Structure
  • Fluent English
