About the Role

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Mexico. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of valued customers and driving their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering technical questions about our products and their proper use.
  • Close sales and process orders, customer records, and all required documentation.
  • Follow up on samples for development projects and address any issues or needs with the technical team.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Identify prospective customers and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Cosmetology (a plus).
  • Previous sales experience.
  • English skills will be considered a differential.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner, along with good communication skills.
  • Experience in working both autonomously and in a team.
