Make an Impact in this Role

An Account Protection Specialist will focus on detecting, preventing, and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. You'll be responsible for proving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation, through detailed analysis to prevent possible fraud.

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual (Advanced English) and adaptability in different communication styles
  • Regulation and policy knowledge, understanding, and compliance
  • Digital dexterity: Navigate between screens, system knowledge, Outlook, Office, etc.
  • High analysis capacity and risk evaluation
