As a key member of the Risk Management department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in their mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assist with a broad range of tasks related to auto and workers' compensation investigations, claims management, and risk assessment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and organize documents from various sources, including Paycom, Salesforce, and company departments.
- Assist in obtaining records and personnel files for subpoenas and other legal matters.
- Support the return-to-work process by following up on documentation and communicating with providers.
- Enter documentation into our OSHA log platform and track claims status.
- Interface with internal departments for document and information requests related to claims.
- Participate in special projects as directed by the Risk Management department.
- Manage claims for auto, work comp, and general liability, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- English language skills at C1-C2 level.
- Extensive experience in database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of Westlaw and SharePoint is a plus.
