Our Mexico office was established in 2018 and has seen significant growth since then. We are now looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Support Specialist.
**Job Description**
This role involves managing claims, responding to client inquiries, following up on problem cases, updating information in the system, and keeping clients informed of progress.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with prior authorization requests, following up with insurers and medical providers to ensure payment, and ensuring that the insurer's decision is in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy.
In addition, you will assist clients with medical facility-related issues such as direct billing arrangements, follow up on outstanding invoices, and other medical facility-related issues.
You will also organize documents in order and record them in the system accurately.
Please note that this is a 100% in-office position, and we do not offer remote work.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage claims and respond to client inquiries
