Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance reports and audits concerning compensation and benefits.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct financial assessments and reporting on the implications of compensation and benefits initiatives.

Training and Communication:
