Key Responsibilities- To source, attract, and select top talent for our clients by drafting compelling job advertisements, networking, headhunting, and leveraging referrals.
- To develop a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, business operations, and market environment.
- To screen candidates, conduct thorough interviews, background checks, and match them with their ideal roles.
- To provide valuable insights and guidance to both clients and candidates on salary expectations, training requirements, and career opportunities.
- To drive revenue growth by exceeding targets related to candidate placements, value billed to clients, or new business leads generated.
- To continuously review and refine our recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the selection process.
- To utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and professional networking to attract new client relationships.
- To maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
A successful Recruitment Consultant should possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven success in building and maintaining professional networks and relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
