Job Title: Client Service Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Hsbc. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support to our clients across a range of Global Liquidity and Cash Management products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage the end-to-end client management process, providing a positive and professional onboarding experience for customers.
- Use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to colleagues.
- Understand and describe which products and channels relate to specific customers.
- Actively engage with colleagues across Hsbc to ensure that all customer needs are met at the first point of contact.
- Help to understand clients' needs in order to improve our offering to existing customers.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a risk-aware client management culture.
Requirements:
- Good level of English for medium to advanced understanding and communication.
- Knowledge of Treasury Foreign Exchange.
- Knowledge of day-to-day workings of a Corporate Treasury environment, foreign exchange, and payments.
- Broad knowledge of Hsbc Group companies and product ranges.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Hsbc Group's inter/intra clearing systems.
- Customer service and attention.
