In this role, you will be accountable for the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. This encompasses project governance, budget formulation, timeline establishment, quality assurance, testing, operational readiness, and ensuring the project is primed for launch.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring uniformity and excellence in project execution through the application of suitable methodologies and tools.

Additional Role Insights:
The Coordinator ensures the daily operations compliance of EI and CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt via Internet), along with projects and initiatives to fulfill fiscal requirements. They provide support to guide responsible areas in case of issues (PAC, Sales, SAP). They ensure that all fiscal requirements are accurate for invoices to be processed correctly.
Additionally, they play a crucial role in GATP (Global Available to Promise): Listings, closures, and openings of keys related to EDI activities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of tax regimes and the Tax Authority, such as SAT.
- Experience in team management.
- SAP knowledge (desirable).
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to processes and projects.
- Advanced English proficiency.
