We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Services Specialist III to join our team in Cd. Juárez. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of benefits and services previously agreed with union committee in a timely manner and developing, organizing, implementing, and managing internal and external employee and business-related events and activity functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex event plans based on customers' requirements
  • Prepare and maintain project plans with timelines and accountability assignments
  • Keep relevant parties apprised of updates
  • Establish themes, locations, and other important aspects of event based on research results
  • Select and schedule speakers and entertainment as appropriate
  • Examine event locations to ensure all materials and equipment were received and set up properly, collects, verifies, and processes event invoices
  • Provide relevant information to appropriate representative for budget tracking purposes for events, sports, and transportation
  • Develop communications materials and establishes communications plan
  • Responsible to oversee Sports, Employee Bus Transportation service, and Employee Community Committee
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
