We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Team Lead to join our French team and play a key role in helping us take the company to the next level. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of fun, well-being, teamwork, and respect, with high performance, excellence, and achievement of set targets.

About the Role: In this challenging and rewarding role, you will report directly to the Manager of Customer Experience France and work closely with other Area Managers to spearhead our mission of creating the highest satisfaction levels for our French customers at every touchpoint. You will also design, evaluate, analyze, and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at maximizing customer retention, fostering upselling opportunities, and contributing significantly to overall revenue amplification.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a dedicated team of 8-10 Account Managers
  • Foster a culture of fun, well-being, teamwork, and respect within the team
  • Maintain regular communication with the team and provide consistent and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Create and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to build the best teams

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of driving customer retention and upselling in a customer-oriented environment. Additionally, you must have strong technical skills, a passion for technology, and be fluent in English, with French being your native language. Spanish is a plus.

Salary: The salary range for this position is approximately €42,000 - €52,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package including benefits such as healthcare insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
