  • Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Marketing, and HR, to align training initiatives with broader company and brand goals.
  • Leverage technology platforms for training delivery and management, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in training and development, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Result-oriented, team player with strong social skills and decision-making abilities.
