Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inside sales for a variety of printed materials and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a pipeline of ELT opportunities within designated territories to achieve annual budget goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the ELT market to generate sales opportunities.
- Monitor and progress opportunities in our CRM, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-up.
- Attain and surpass sales goals through effective customer relationship building and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing and strategic telephonic sales plans.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Administration, English Teaching, or International Sales.
- At least three years of sales experience, preferably in telemarketing or inside sales, with a focus on educational publishing or EdTech services.
- Proven experience with budget assignment, pipeline management, and sales presentations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of technology in educational environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM databases and sales tools.
Working Environment:
This role is based in our Mexico City office, with the possibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills.
Physical Expectations:
This role requires minimal physical activity, with occasional standing and walking.
