Electrical Sales Professional

Eaton's Power Distribution division is seeking a Sales Professional to focus on the Channels / Residential & Commercial Segment. The primary goal is to increase market share, sales profitability, and customer satisfaction. This involves driving revenue growth and positioning Eaton for larger wins in the future. The successful candidate will represent all electrical products and services, positioning Eaton for competitive advantage in turnkey opportunities, lifecycle services, and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans linked to Commercial Regional Plan, Profit Plan, and Strategic Plan to meet performance expectations.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts, and control expenses within the plan.
- Build relationships with key customers and channel partners to enhance long-term business prospects.
- Administer all phases of the sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical industry sales experience in a large company.
- Technical knowledge and experience with sales, markets, products, investment, and strategies.
