Consumer Product Sales Professional

The Consumer Product Sales Analyst role at Citi involves monitoring and assessing processes and data in the specialty area of consumer sales. The successful candidate will apply established disciplinary knowledge and develop a working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide daily market updates and trading strategic plans for clients and individual sales staff.
• Use a holistic financial planning approach to educate and help customers identify financial gaps in their current wealth or asset allocation and introduce suitable products.
• Coach and motivate sales staff on banking products through daily interactions and regular market updates.
• Work with Branch Managers to set plans to meet financial commitments and assist bankers in meeting team goals.
• Maintain and manage good relationships with customers and ensure they have a consistent and superior banking experience.
**Qualifications:**
• 0-2 years of financial planning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with knowledge of financial planning skills, insurance laws, insurance products, and investment products.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver individual sales targets and a positive and cooperative mindset.
**Education:**
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access, SQL, Distributed Databases, MS Excel, and SAS.
• Experience in compensation, incentives, and KPI tracking through reports (MIS).
• Experience with EUCs and basic knowledge of retail/banking commercial processes.
