Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide support and assistance.
- Conduct research to clarify and validate companies' registered information, including legal entity, business activity, and scope of operations.
- Input accurate and up-to-date information into our suppliers' database using country company registers and online databases.
- Respond to client queries via email and phone, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather additional information when required.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our qualification process.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with other teams within the organization, such as Supplier Engagement.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- High proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/support role, preferably with international exposure.
- Bachelor's Degree completed.
- Able to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needs.
- Salesforce and/or Zendesk experience a plus.
- An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word, and other desktop tools.
- Customer and quality-oriented attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
