About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Learning Senior Supervisor to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organizational capabilities and development of our business associates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national learning plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of our frontline to mid-level managers.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new associates to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Implement corporate learning strategies, including values, code of conduct, anti-bribery, and security awareness, to ensure compliance across the region.
  • Ensure training requirements are met for all sites within your scope, including STPS training.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify local needs and develop targeted learning strategies.
  • Negotiate deployments of learning strategies with clients to ensure productivity and smart spending.
  • Report learning results in the Learning SDT dashboard on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven facilitation and training skills.
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of problems and identify solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
