Key Responsibilities
- Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through various phases of the SAP solution.
- Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
- Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and grow referenceable customers.
- Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines.
- Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
- Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
- Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
- Utilize time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results.
- Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
Requirements
- 1 year related work experience.
- Completion of SAP course or project work through academics is preferred.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
- Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
- Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux) is preferred. Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus. Experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking is preferred. Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred. SAP Certifications are preferred.
