About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Manager to lead our Obesity Sales Team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to achieve business objectives in the Obesity market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Districts, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and address market and sales challenges through the implementation of best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Obesity market.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Strong sales management skills and experience in product launching and/or cardiometabolic products.
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
