About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Regional Retail Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences.
  • Collaborate with store management to set sales goals, coach and develop sales associates, and implement sales processes.
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales associates have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
