About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our Institutional division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with distributors and customers in the foodservice and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales representatives on Ecolab products and sales techniques
  • Liaise with multiple distribution partners in Mexico to deliver high growth targets
  • Present ongoing Executive Business Reviews to key distribution partners
  • Travel between 40-50% of the time within the country to meet with customers and distributors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of Sales experience or completion of inside sales development program
  • Previous experience working with distributors, hotels, and restaurants
  • Communication and negotiation ability
  • Willing to be on call during off hours and during weekend coverage
  • English proficiency
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
