Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
The Territory Manager at Pandora will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in their assigned territory across LATAM. This includes managing and developing a team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve KPIs in the territory
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of store managers and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, merchandising, and marketing, to maximize sales potential in the territory
- Maintain brand standards and ensure a high level of customer service across all stores in the territory
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, franchisees, and field team leaders to drive sales growth and achieve KPIs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in store management, preferably in a large organization, with a proven track record of delivering in a similar multi-site field management role. You should be a customer-centric and service-focused team leader with a target-driven and sales-focused mentality. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong influencing and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in store management, preferably in a large organization
- Proven track record of delivering in a similar multi-site field management role
