Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and driving our marketing initiatives to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination and Execution
    • Lead and coordinate the efforts between web design agencies, graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
    • Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks in the production process by devising and implementing creative solutions.
  • Strategic Planning and Management
    • Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones in Asana and Google sheets, to guide the execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives.
    • Oversee the management and optimization of our website, working closely with our team to ensure it reflects our brand's identity and meets user needs.
  • Lead Conversion and Analytics
    • Manage email marketing list syncing from Seamless AI and Hunter.Io to HubSpot, ensuring data is enriched and kept clean in HubSpot based off SOP created by us.
    • Craft and optimize email marketing contents for various campaigns by collaborating with product marketing lead.
    • Implement and manage HubSpot email marketing automation campaigns and other content-driven strategies to convert leads into active clients.
