Job Title: NSR Global Data Steward

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of data related to NSR (Net Sales Revenue) across the organization. The NSR Global Data Steward will lead the maintenance and support of Global Master Data processes, working closely with the Managed Service Provider to assess and execute master data transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the managed service provider (Data Operations team) and provide strategic direction and hands-on support for complex data challenges.
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly master data operational routines to ensure completeness and accuracy of NSR data.
  • Ensure Month-End-Close activities are completed on time and consistently close the month on the first Monday of every fiscal month.
  • Work with Data & Analytics, Finance, and Strategy teams to validate inputs received before loading into NSR.
  • Validate bottler data before loading into NSR to ensure sales data is the single source of truth.
  • Establish effective processes for incident and request handling and connect with support teams to ensure no interruptions in systems functionality.
  • Maintain user access and conduct periodic access checks to NSR system.
  • Establish and document standards, guidelines, and best practices for teams utilizing NSR cubes.
  • Resolve and coordinate business table handling for up/downstream data syndication errors.
  • Adhere to and implement recommendations from NSR Data Governance to ensure integrity and data quality across requests.
  • Serve as the data SME for NSR within the Operating Unit.
  • Validate processes and maintain a thorough understanding of master data and their limitations.
  • Act as a liaison between the global development team and business units for the development and implementation of new features and enhancements of NSR.
  • Technical Escalation Expert: Provide advanced technical support for data processing issues within the NSR tool.
  • Problem-solving – Analytical mindset: Identify, analyze, and mitigate data quality problems associated with global bottling partners.
  • Configuration and User Acceptance Testing: Integrate new bottlers into the data reporting framework, clarify the configuration process, and deliver comprehensive demos to business and IT teams.
  • Build sustainable relationships with bottling partners and OU functions to drive strategic IT changes related to the NSR Datalake.
  • Identify potential threats for product delivery and help remove them.
  • Manage stakeholders and vendors as an IT Business Partner and bring innovation from outside.
  • Prioritize and recommend opportunities to enhance data quality standards, tools, processes, problem resolution for innovation & complex master data business processes.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and measures are in place to support achievement of efficiency and effectiveness objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data collection/loading/mining/analysis.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and lead change.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI), MS Excel, MS Azure Stack (e.g. DevOps, Dynamics 365).
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology.
  • Preferably, hands-on collaboration experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise data management with preference of NSR concepts & processes.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve or develop actionable solutions.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining perspective on big picture.
  • Exemplifies and fosters teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing and/or consumer sales data.
  • Experience in working internationally with different cultures.
  • Strong team player. Flexible and able to coordinate team effectively both in and outside of office hours.
  • Fluent in English (all bottler and internal stakeholder exchanges will require English).
