Job Summary:

Melise Co is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technical Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through a call center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat support
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer/technical support role
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in the dental field (lab, dental school, dental office)
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk/ERP software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Portuguese language skills a plus
