About the Role:

MX006 Mercer Human Resource Consulting S.A. de Cv is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in México City. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our consultants and COO's, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our consultants and COO's, including project management, document preparation, and marketing presentation support.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of projects, key clients, and internal support functions to support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants to ensure fluid and flawless execution of duties.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to our business and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, hospitality, or customer service roles.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • English proficiency and proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and adapt to change.
