We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Yield Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Yield Management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Carrier and OEM partnerships, working closely with our Carrier Account Management team and Demand team to maximize supply and demand connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily KPIs for assigned Carrier and OEM partners to ensure revenue growth and proactively identify technical issues or demand shortages.
  • Partner with Carrier Account Managers to develop and execute key initiatives to grow Carrier partnerships through new product upsells and demand maximization.
  • Collaborate with Performance and Brand Demand teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver on assigned Carrier and OEM traffic.
  • Provide regular performance analysis to assigned Carriers and OEM partners through weekly and bi-weekly client calls and QBRs.
  • Effectively communicate technical or data issues to internal stakeholders and project manage to resolve them.
  • Represent the needs of Carrier and OEM clients in internal meetings and contribute to solutions that benefit both Digital Turbine and clients.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Spanish and English.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, account management, client success, or similar analytical roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate efficiently within a cross-functional team.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
