Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist (Fleet Management)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Vertiv Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our internal fleet, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Claims and Invoices: Authorize and manage invoices for fleet-related expenses, working closely with HR agencies and providers.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with fleet repairs and maintenance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
  • Communication: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including HR, providers, and assemblers, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Policy Development: Create, apply, and update our company car policy, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state regulations and ensure our fleet operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an administrative field.
  • Certifications: Brigade certifications and insurance certifications are desirable.
  • Skills: Strong business relationships with assemblers, workshops, and car agencies, as well as extensive knowledge of procedures for cars, messaging, and travel.
