We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to drive the successful implementation of solutions for Laboratory Information Management System across our matrixed organization.

This pivotal role will play a critical part in accelerating our journey towards creating personalized digital solutions that cater to each patient's unique needs and health circumstances. Our Innovation Capability Solutions and Services Center (ICSS) is at the forefront of this exciting transformation, with over 400 talented employees working together to create and deliver cutting-edge products and technologies.

The Opportunity:

  • We are looking for an exceptional program manager with a strong background in project delivery and digital product management.
  • You will be responsible for managing consulting partners, program financials, and supporting project decisions for the delivery of technical solutions.
  • Your keen understanding of both traditional and agile project methodologies will enable you to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Oversight: Prepare comprehensive financial plans, manage monthly accruals, and track expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  2. Vendor Management: Oversee Statements of Work, purchase orders, and vendor relationships to guarantee seamless collaboration.
  3. Program Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with our organization's vision and goals.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and achievements to key stakeholders.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring successful delivery.
  6. Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, identify lessons learned, and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven success in managing programs from initiation to delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to influence and collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing program budgets and financial aspects.
  • High level of adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguity and change.

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
