As a key member of the Kwan Technology Inc team, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our accounting department. With a motivated and dedicated team by your side, you will have numerous opportunities to take on challenging projects and make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the monthly close process for our Bulgarian entity. The successful candidate will also assist with the consolidated monthly close of our client's foreign entities, including preparation of balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, they will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with purchase requisitions and invoice coding;
  • Performing expense reimbursement approvals in Concur;
  • Preparing monthly accruals for accounts payable and other liabilities;
  • Performing bank reconciliations for US and international bank accounts;
  • Assisting with external financial audits;
  • Assisting with statutory audits;
  • Performing VAT filings for international entities;
  • Preparing the weekly payment run for the Bulgarian entity;
  • Reviewing the monthly international payroll submissions;
  • Performing ad-hoc reporting and analysis;

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience. You should possess solid education credentials, good communication skills, and an upbeat disposition. Additionally, you will require flexibility to interact with US-based managers and teammates. Key skills include:

  • Attention to detail;
  • Curiosity and self-motivation;
  • The ability to perform projects with minimal oversight;
  • A passion for improving current processes;
  • Solid quantitative skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial data;
  • The ability to manage a team;

**Preferred Qualifications:**

We would prefer candidates with experience working with NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur.
