Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at WorldStrides. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience using a CRM system.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Compensation and Benefits:


The salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
