Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Lead to join our team at WorldStrides. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about international education and has excellent communication skills.

WorldStrides is a leading provider of educational travel programs for students and educators. We offer a range of programs that allow participants to explore new cultures, develop language skills, and gain valuable life experience.

Job Summary

The Program Management Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of program locations, ensuring that all aspects of the program are delivered to a high standard. This includes advising students on all aspects of the program, including city, academics, housing, visas, budgeting, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ best practices to advise and direct students from program application to departure.
  • Pull and review metrics, acceptance time, and withdrawal information per program location.
  • Maintain frequent contact via phone call and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Determine eligibility of student applications at assigned locations, reviewing application materials.
  • Expertly advise on all aspects of the program including city, academics, housing, visas, budgeting, etc.
  • Review course pre-registration forms, oversee placement exams, and maintain any course spreadsheets.
  • Manage content for the online orientation per program location(s).
  • Assist in the Spanish visa service efforts (applying for student visas on behalf of students).
  • Prepare Arrival Guide (final packet) before student departure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as international relations, education, or business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
