Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in achieving budgeted targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Draft credit proposals that adhere to our credit policy guidelines, ensuring timely funding of payment plans.
- Collaborate with external financial organizations to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and execute customer payment plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness through liaison with clients and vendors.
- Foster and sustain relationships with vendor personnel and their clientele to drive repeat business.
- Oversee the entire customer interaction lifecycle with Multipli, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Address mid-term customer needs promptly and assist in collections activities for delinquent accounts.
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support our rapidly growing business.
- Aid in weekly/monthly reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
