About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at Marsh McLennan. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve technical application issues reported by clients and internal teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Provide application support until tickets are resolved.
- Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
- Ensure all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Strong knowledge in Java, Spring, REST API.
- Knowledge in Unqork (preferred).
- English proficiency.
