Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues to meet the urgent demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate equipment returns, replacement orders, sales orders, credits, shipping discrepancies, and manage accounts receivable discrepancies to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify trends through analysis and escalate to the proper channel to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices to improve customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in technology and business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desired but not required.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and provide feedback.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
