Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with eComm customers to align with brand strategies
- Perform ORI analysis and promotion plan optimization for KAM eComm channel
- Drive sales growth through MKT investments, promotional activities, and customer collaborations
- Manage and maintain relationships with eCommerce accounts, especially Amazon
- Supervise and monitor sales results in the eCommerce channel in Mexico
- Coordinate and manage official eCommerce pages, especially Amazon
- Plan sales goals and marketing budget management between Osram, Amazon, and eCommerce accounts
- Develop, implement, and control pricing and service policy for the Online / eCommerce channel
- Generate content for the Online channel, product images, description, web tags for Osram brand positioning
- Monthly report of results and KPIs of the eCommerce channel in Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, within some online platforms
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, SAP, BW, eCommerce vendor marketplace platforms
- Negotiation skills on a high level, excellent communication, and agility to discuss tenders and deals terms and conditions
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, teamwork in presence and virtual
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
