About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Colgate, working closely with our Skin Health group and Filorga in Mexico. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating the brands' presence in each market, ensuring proper relationships with distributors, and implementing marketing and trade plans in each country.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis and Planning
  • Validate and monitor the A&P of each distributor and supervise the local execution.
  • Revise forecasts for each country on a monthly basis.
  • Integrate information from the Monthly brands newsletters.
  1. Regional Coordination
  • Organize the regional seminar.
  • Coordinate the sanitary registrations.
  1. Marketing and Trade Execution
  • Provide feedback on marketing actions taken.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of international markets as well as macroeconomic and socioeconomic conditions.
  1. Industry Representation
  • Coordinate our presence at industry meetings and conferences, including American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and Latin American Dermatologists (RADLA).

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • 5+ years of work experience in an operational marketing role, including international experience.
  1. Skills and Qualifications
  • Working experience in the skincare/medical cosmetics industry.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Good understanding of Marketing Spending management.
  • Passion for Beauty and Skincare topics.
  • High comfort level with operating in various cultural environments.
  • Availability to travel.
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
