**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent the client's brand in a positive manner towards current and potential customers.
- Solve customer tickets efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a customer support diary to track interactions.
- Respond to direct messages and comments on social media in a timely manner.
- Answer Apple and Play Store reviews.
**Requirements**:
At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer service, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, B2 English Proficiency, C1 Spanish Proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
