Sales Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at Fastenal Mexico. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and shipping products, and performing local sales calls and deliveries with company vehicles.
- Place and fulfill orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements.
- Possess or be working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing, or have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
- Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and math aptitude, with the ability to accurately manage inventory and perform administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
- The ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a valid United States Visa.
