Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting annual sales budgets and growing a customer base that offers profitable growth. You will work closely with our engineering and service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and analyze current and past transaction records, trends, and costs to inform sales strategies.
  • Establish a personal strategy to meet and support company goals, identifying and contacting potential new customers and managing their individual needs.
  • Identify immediate and long-term business opportunities for our complete portfolio of products and services.
  • Maintain a close relationship with captive customers, managing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the prospecting strategy, efficiently identifying potential customers and their automation needs.
  • Qualify opportunities effectively, prioritizing efforts on opportunities with greater probability.
  • Propose competitive solutions, considering the budget and needs of clients, and work to resolve purchase objections.
  • Interact with product and system specialists to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to support customer decision makers.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and strong relationships with clients to identify future opportunities and conduct business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales contact information in our contact database.
  • Actively participate in trainings and prepare training for integrators on the correct selection of our products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 4 years of related technical sales, heavy equipment, and robust automation solutions sales, installation, or service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales plans with long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience in structured, value-based sales processes such as KARRASS, Consultative Selling, Sandler, or Miller Heiman.
  • Strong relationships with customer contacts, supplier base, machine manufacturers, and integrators.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with various abstract and concrete variables.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven by results, with a willingness to work as a team with all internal departments.
  • Ability to transmit the "Voice of the Customer" in an assertive manner to improve operations and performance.
  • Builder of relationships, both internal and external.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Able to travel 25%.
