Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting annual sales budgets and growing a customer base that offers profitable growth. You will work closely with our engineering and service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and analyze current and past transaction records, trends, and costs to inform sales strategies.
- Establish a personal strategy to meet and support company goals, identifying and contacting potential new customers and managing their individual needs.
- Identify immediate and long-term business opportunities for our complete portfolio of products and services.
- Maintain a close relationship with captive customers, managing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Manage the prospecting strategy, efficiently identifying potential customers and their automation needs.
- Qualify opportunities effectively, prioritizing efforts on opportunities with greater probability.
- Propose competitive solutions, considering the budget and needs of clients, and work to resolve purchase objections.
- Interact with product and system specialists to determine appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to support customer decision makers.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue and strong relationships with clients to identify future opportunities and conduct business.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date sales contact information in our contact database.
- Actively participate in trainings and prepare training for integrators on the correct selection of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, mechatronics, or a related field.
- 4 years of related technical sales, heavy equipment, and robust automation solutions sales, installation, or service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales plans with long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated experience in structured, value-based sales processes such as KARRASS, Consultative Selling, Sandler, or Miller Heiman.
- Strong relationships with customer contacts, supplier base, machine manufacturers, and integrators.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with various abstract and concrete variables.
- High energy, self-motivated, and driven by results, with a willingness to work as a team with all internal departments.
- Ability to transmit the "Voice of the Customer" in an assertive manner to improve operations and performance.
- Builder of relationships, both internal and external.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Able to travel 25%.
