POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Equip leaders with HR tools that enhance employee experience through key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow-ups for informed decision-making.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee onboarding processes (PMP, job descriptions, onboarding checklists).
  • Assist in the offboarding process (resignation documentation, exit checklists, technician exit interviews).
  • Generate and monitor KPIs (PMP, job descriptions, onboarding metrics, turnover rates, absenteeism, performance issues).
  • Manage administrative tasks related to temporary compensation.
  • Ensure adherence to disciplinary policies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in database management.
  • Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Facilitate the rapid development of applications and enhancements.

Education:

  • Final semester students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
