Job Title: Senior Account Director, Enterprise

Genesys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our Enterprise team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth for our Genesys suite of products.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue growth
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
  • Manage the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
  • Act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
  • Communicate with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales experience within the technology industry
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
  • High energy, results-oriented achiever, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
