Job Title: Senior Manager, Service Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Service Delivery to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences. You will work closely with the Director, Service Delivery to develop and implement strategies to improve key success metrics associated with goals.

Responsibilities:

* Mentor managers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products, or processes of projects.
* Improve the key success metrics associated with goals, including quality goals.
* Bring your time management and organizational skills to help support managers on their multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects.
* Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
* Lead by example and collaborate with your team, management, and clients to contribute to the overall success of your client program.
* Understand, interpret, and manipulate data for reporting.

What You Bring to the Role:

* 3 years or more of call center experience or customer service industry experience.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
